Whether it’s the towering skyscrapers that have sprung up in Dubai, the hipster hangouts that now populate East London or the decades of decay that have set-in in Detroit, send us the pictures you think best emphasize the changes in your city or neighborhood.

Include a brief description of the location, note why the picture is important to you and tell us the change it displays. There’s bonus points for anyone that has before and after shots which compare and contrast the changes you describe.
