Hillary Clinton raised over $11 million on Sunday at three events in the Hamptons
The figure makes it likely Clinton will break her $90 million record fundraising haul from July
Hillary Clinton raised over $11 million Sunday at three events in tony towns throughout the Hamptons, putting Clinton on place to make August her top fundraising month of the campaign.
Clinton has so far headlined 31 events in August, the most fundraisers she has headlined in one month this year. These events have raised over $58 million, according to average ticket prices and attendance figures provided by the campaign.
In June, Clinton-headlined events brought in close to $40 million. Clinton slowed down fundraising in July, raising roughly $18 million at events.

Sunday’s biggest event was a 100-person event hosted by Jon Tisch, a co-owner of the New York Giants. That event brought in over $6 million, according to estimates.
Clinton also headlined a family event hosted by Adam Sender, a hedge-fund manager, at his Sag Harbor, New York, home and a fundraiser hosted by philanthropist Marcia Riklis in Southhampton.
Tim Kaine, Clinton’s vice presidential nominee, has also kept up a frenetic pace on the fundraising trail. To date, Kaine has headlined 31 events – the same as Clinton – and raised over $12 million.

Combined, Clinton and Kaine’s August events have raised over $70 million, a figure that makes it likely Clinton will break her $90 million record haul from July.
Clinton’s top campaign aides have seen August as key fundraising time, given that the final two months of the campaign will likely be spent on debate preparation, campaigning and rallies.
Clinton, Kaine and Bill Clinton are expected to attend more than 80 fundraisers this month, a source said.
Hillary Clinton fundraises with the stars
The former secretary of state will keep up her frenetic fundraising pace this week when she headlines at least more six events in the Hamptons.
All of Clinton and Kaine’s events this month benefit the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising account that allows the Democratic ticket to raise money for her campaign, the Democratic National Committee and Democratic state parties at the same time.
These agreements allow Clinton’s donors to give more than $500,000 to a number of different Democratic accounts through the Clinton campaign.
