Things are not looking good for Joe Giudice.

CNN confirmed on Thursday that the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed Giudice’s deportation appeal earlier this month.

The former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star was released from prison last month and transferred to an immigration detention center where he is awaiting his deportation back to his native Italy.

Giudice began serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March 2016, months after his wife, Teresa, was released for the same case after serving 15 months.

The couple married in 1999 and together share four daughters – Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9.

His eldest took to Instagram in October and opened up about her father’s possible deportation: “I need my father to be here. My father belongs with us and his entire family,” Gia wrote alongside a photo of her as a child with her dad. “My father came into this country when he was one years old, the United States is the only country he knows, spread the word #bringjoehome.”

James J. Leonard Jr., a Giudice family attorney, said, “We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”
