Champions League: Ronaldo returns to Madrid, PSG welcomes Real

Another thrilling night of Champions League football comes to a conclusion.

It feels like a lifetime ago that Olympiacos battled back from 2-0 down to earn a draw against Spurs, last season's beaten finalist.

In the later kick-offs, Bayern Munich put three past Red Star -- although two late goals added a fair bit of gloss to that scoreline -- and Manchester City ran out 3-0 winners against Shakhtar Donetsk.

Real Madrid was on the wrong end of a chastening 3-0 scoreline, as Zinedine Zidane's side was comfortably beaten by a PSG team without Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani.
