Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has unveiled a series of amendments on Tuesday to the organizing resolution setting the rules for President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial.
The sixth amendment proposes subpoenaing Robert Blair – a senior aide to acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney – and Michael Duffey – the Office of Management and Budget associate director for national security programs.
